Arch splits pdo_sqlite/sqlite3 into a separate php-sqlite package — installing the sqlite CLI package alone left php.ini's pdo_sqlite uncomment with no module to enable. pdo_mysql needs no such package; it ships in core php via the bundled mysqlnd driver.
