codeandClaude Fable 5 db7bd3dc9c nextcloud: add compose-aio.yaml for Nextcloud All-in-One 
Follows the upstream AIO layout (fixed names, no env templating);
configured for use behind Nginx Proxy Manager via APACHE_PORT=11000.
